Shipping Policies:
Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged
for shipments to a customer's place of business anywhere in the
contiguous United States, using one of the above carriers. Other
terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and
export orders. Any charges incurred for additional services, such as
a customer using a carrier other than the ones listed above or
special handling i.e., 2nd day, next day, or any other form of
special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee.
Items which were backordered from an order qualifying for prepaid
freight will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss pass
to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product
is damaged in transit, consignee must file claim with carrier.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with a
tracking number and date of shipment. You may return to this site to
track your package or go to, http://www.packtrack.com
enter your tracking number where
indicated click on the drop down list of carriers select the
appropriate one and hit the locate button.

Options:
For your convenience you may order by fax, or by contacting one of
our customer service representative and in some cases online.
Payment Options:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. If you
are currently a customer with G.W.I.S ( Greenskeeper, Golden
West Industrial Supply or Golden West Hose & Coupling ) you may
continue to use the method already established for your account.
EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer
For new Courses with established
credit, terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment
